Description
Are you an experienced CNA looking to climb the career ladder? Easy Living Homecare is looking for a Lead Care Partner.
The primary objective of the Care Lead is to ensure the care services being delivered for an assigned client are performed in a consistent and accurate manner. In addition, the Care Lead will assist in creating, updating, and evaluating any client’s care plan to which they have been placed or assigned; be able to communicate the scope of services offered by Easy Living effectively; assist when there are call-outs and emergencies; and adequately train new Care Partners.

Ideal candidate qualifications:
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Florida State Certification as a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA).
State requirements for HIV/AIDS and Medication Assistance education.
Current CPR certification.
Level 2 background check.
This field-based position requires flexibility to work unconventional hours and local travel.
$890.00 weekly base pay plus additional hourly shift pay.
