The Clinical Director will be a dynamic, in office and field-based position, playing a critical role in overseeing and participating in delivering clinical services directly to our clients' homes. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on care, including medication administration, daily health management, and the in-field training of CNAs and HHAs. Responsibilities:

• Directly provide skilled services to clients, including medication administration and daily health management, ensuring the highest quality of care.
• Oversee developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures that meet regulatory standards and best practices.
• Lead, mentor, and train our clinical staff in the field, enhancing their skills and ensuring consistent, high-quality care.
• Collaborate with the management team to optimize operational efficiency, financial sustainability, and the quality of service delivery.
• Conduct regular visits to clients' homes to assess care needs, supervise field staff, and ensure compliance with care plans.
